Cancellations

24 hour notice is required when canceling an appointment . This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. It is to the discretion of the provider to accept future appointments from this individual without a deposit. 


Gift Certificate holders, voucher holders, and  those who have services that have been paid for in advance(packages etc.) face forfeiture if proper notice is not given.   


No Shows
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment is considered a no show. It is to the discretion of the provider to accept future appointments from this individual without a deposit.


There may be a fee that has to paid before rescheduling. 


Arriving Late
If you are 15 minutes (10 minutes for shorter sessions) or later to your appointment your treatment provider reserves the right to cancel the remainder of your appointment. 

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours. 


Children

Please arrange for a sitter. If you need to bring your child please call for ahead for approval from your treatment provider. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling of your service. 


Packages

There are no refunds on package purchases.


Product

Products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase with 70% of contents remaining. 


Behavior

Any behavior deemed inappropriate or rude by staff will lead to immediate termination of service. 

 

Voucher Holder Policy

Vouchers are meant for NEW PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS and those who have not been serviced for at least 12 months. 

Please note that you may be told to return your voucher if you have had a voucher appointment within the 12 month time frame.If you have any questions about this policy please do not hesitate to call 804-901-7897.
